Ms. Hoa Diem Pham has over 20 years of working experience in the investment bank field, particularly in Viet Nam, South-East Asia, Australia, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Hungary. She has had countless successful leadership of significant and extensive M&A and IPO deals. Hoa is a major shareholder, and founder of many companies, one of them is Funding Double Holdings(FDH). With the vision of “effectiveness and adaptability to the market’s needs and technological innovation,” she connects many business leaders of various fields to establish FDH. She commits to bringing Vietnam’s economy to the best advancements leading to the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
VICE CEO: Mr.Manuel Heredia Fernandez – red International Exper
The Vice-CEO is Mr. Manuel Fernandez, who comes from Spain and has lived in Vietnam since 2015. He is recognised as a comprehensive experience in international business and companies in Europe, China and Vietnam as Managing Director. He has been managing companies in the markets of the electronic industry (EI), information technologies (IT) in the fields of manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, engineering, and sales. His mission is to contribute to Vietnam’s technological advancement with prominent partners from Europe with products and solutions best suited for the 4IR. (Fourth Industrial Revolution)
VICE CEO: Mr .Nguyen Quoc Viet– Personnel Management
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet has over 20 years of working experience in banking and finance, import and export trading, logistics, business education and training as well as in business management consulting field. As a manager, Mr. Viet has achieved many significant successes in running some leading enterprises in Vietnam. Also on the one hand, as a vice president at FDH, Mr. Viet plays a critical role in building effectively the professional working environment. On the other hand, he can use his experience and creation in the financial sector, digital currency, international trade, tourism and services together with renewable energy aspect in order to help FDH implement some investment and M&A projects they concern
VICE CEO: Mr.Đo Van Tuyen – Construction Engineer
Mr. Tuyen is one of the founders of FDH. He graduated with a Bachelor of International Business Administration at National Economics University. He had solid skill and experience as a senior trainer at Securities Research and Trainning Center. He is the first person who held the highest Practice Certificate of Fund Management licensed by The State Securities Commission of Vietnam. He has over 15 years of experience in executive, management of securities and investment management companies. Therefore, he is an essential personel in managing the back office and personel management. His responsibility is to maintain and develop qualitied staff as they are vital resourses and is the soul of an IB entity
VICE CEO: Mr.Nguyen Van Bong – Construction Engineer
Mr. Bong is FDH’s Vice-Chairman with over thirty years of experience working on projects in the construction field domestically. Mr. Bong is known prominently as a successful director of major infrastructure construction projects such as Son La’s hydroelectric power plant, Hoa Binh’s national highway and Van Don’s airport. Mr. Bong is an essential personnel of FDH, he contributes his expertise towards organizing and implementing infrastructure and transportation investment operations. Most importantly Mr. Bong shares the same vision as FDH to bring Vietnam towards a prosperous and promising future for Vietnam’s infrastructure

Mr. Do Duc Vinh:
Graduate Master Planning Urban Traffic, Southwest Jiaotong University, fluent in Chinese and English. With more than ten years of experience, he is now holding the position of the head of the road design department at the Transport Design Consulting Company (TEDI), a leading design consulting enterprise under the Ministry of Transport.

Lawyer Vu Dzung is an experienced and leading lawyer on banking and finance, capital markets and corporate matters in Vietnam. His major clients include both state-owned and international banks as well as domestic and international private equity funds active in Vietnam.

Dr. Vu Van Tich is the Head of Science and Technology Department – Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He has extensive knowledge and understanding in the field of science and technology, particularly in the fields of geology and environment. Prof., Dr. Dang Vu Minh
Prof. Dang Vu Minh used to be the Chairman of the Presidium of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Association. He is one of the well-known scientist and the politician in Vietnam who contributes highly respected advices for the development of Science and Technology in Vietnam to the Government

Mr. Takehiko Ikenaga
Mr. Takehiko Ikenaga: he is highly recognized as one of the Japanese pioneers who contributed to the worldwide success of Japanese capital market after the Second World War.His achievement was highly remarked once the SAMURAI Bond had been successful issue in 1950 with his own record was booked with value of $2 billion SAMURAI BOND sold to Wall-Street, New York Investors. Ikenaga san played leading role in supporting the top Japanese companies such as Mitsubishi, SoftBank, Toyota to raise massive capitals amount on the NIKKIE Stock exchange and NAQDAS stock exchange. Ikenaga san is the former CEO of NIKKO Securities before he retired. He currently is independent Supervisor to some leading Japanese companies.

He is well-known as the Honor Member of INAX Corporation (now is known as LIXIL Corporation) with many Awards appreciated from either Vietnamese Authorities and Japan-Vietnam Business Association. His represents for one of the successful pioneering Japanese FDI entities contributing to better Vietnamese economy once the Country had open-economic system in the ‘90s and early participating into Global market. His impact contribution is to establish and practical educate the Code of Distribution Network as well as the Japanese Standard Production and Productivity to Vietnamese factories.
